Ronald J. Singer

He has happily been reunited with the love of his life, his beloved wife of 59 years, Carolyn Joyce.

Ronald was born September 1, 1935 in Muncie, the son of Alfred and Crystal Riff Singer. He was a graduate of Muncie Central High School and Ball State University; he retired from GM Delco Remy, in Anderson, IN. Previously he had been employed by Warner Gear.

Surviving are his two daughters Sherri Elwood, Terri Jones (husband Robert), son Mark Singer (wife Debbie), grandchildren Joshua Feeney, Matthew Feeney, Courtney (Jones) Alt, Amanda Jones, Rachel (Jones) Browning, Alison (Singer) Ritchhart, eleven great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Carolyn (King); sister Pat Gindhart, and brother Paul Singer.

A celebration of life service for Ronald will be held on Saturday, April 29, 2017 at 3:30 p.m. at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, where Mr. Singer had been a member for many years. Friends and family may call at the church from 2:00 - 3:30, prior to the service.

We want to especially thank the staff at Albany Health Care and Rehab for the care and friendship they gave to our dad. They were his friends, and he cared about them very much. They made it a good place for him to live, and he enjoyed being there with all of them. They all were a blessing to him and to our family, for which we will be eternally grateful.
