Bobbie was a member of Creekmont Baptist Church. She was a strong Leader and Inspiration to her family.
She was preceded in death by her father, Thomas Hoyt Strickland, Her mother, Dorothy Dodson, and a brother, Richard Strickland.
She leaves behind her four children, Howard Provins III, of Cincinnati, Ohio, Bob Provins, of Cincinnati, Ohio, Debra Riggins, of Mount Juliet, Michael Provins of Murfreesboro, TN, and her husband, Howard Provins, of Murfreesboro.
She has five grandchildren, and three great granddaughters.
She is also survived by three sisters, and one brother. Tommie Nance, Tampa Florida, Judy Youngblood, Ringgold Ga, Beverly Bass, Falmouth Kentucky, and Bill Lovelace Chattanooga, TN.
Visitation with family will be Thursday, July 14, from 4-8pm at Roselawn, Murfreesboro. Funeral will be Friday July 15, 11 am.
