Benjamin Allen BeCraft, III

Benjamin Allen BeCraft, III, age 81, passed away on Saturday, March 26, 2022, at Traditions of Smyrna. Mr. BeCraft was the son of the late Benjamin Allen BeCraft, II and Amanda Faye Wright BeCraft. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Martha Leslie BeCraft and grandson, Austin Wade BeCraft. He is survived by his sons, B. Allen BeCraft, IV and his wife, Libby, and Dale Wade BeCraft and his wife, Loralee; grandchildren, Logan BeCraft, Bailey Kate BeCraft, Marshall Allen Keenen, Jaxon Cole BeCraft and Wyatt Alexander BeCraft. Services to celebrate Mr. BeCraft will be at Two O’clock the afternoon of Friday, April 1, 2022 at Roselawn Funeral Home with placement to follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Friends are cordially invited to visitation also on Friday, April 1, 2022, from Twelve Noon until the service begins at Two O’clock.

Mr. BeCraft was a native of Bluefield, WV and graduated from Concord College. He proudly served as an MP in the US Army Reserves. For many years, he was a Division Sales Manager for RJ Reynolds Tobacco Company and was a longtime member of the Smyrna First United Methodist Church. He was a generous loving father and husband and was married to his wife, Martha, for 50 years.
