Christy Michelle Bond, age 39, of Shelbyville, passed away on Friday, January 20, 2017 at Stonecrest Medical Center. Christy was the daughter of the late Carl Medlock and Brenda Medlock. She is survived by her husband Tommy Bond, Jr.; daughter, Summer Deanna Bond; son, Casey William Bond; sister, Shannon (Steve) Heckler; grandparents, Clyde and Gale Scales; father in law, Tommy (Margie) Bond, Sr. and Cindy (Sam) McNeill; several nieces and nephews including special nieces, Peytonn Knott, Carlynne and Kinleigh Heckler. Services to celebrate Christy will be at Two O’clock the afternoon of Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at Roselawn Funeral Home with Bobby Black officiating. Christy was also preceded in death by a niece, Raven Heckler and a nephew, Steven Wayne Heckler, Jr. Christy had a caring heart and would rather give to others than receive for herself.
