John Richard Teichman I, was born on November 25, 1942 in Alliance, OH and passed away on September 17, 2021 in Murfreesboro, TN the comfort of his home surrounded by his children. He was preceded in death by his parents, John Teichman and Bessie (Hoffman) Teichman, his wife, Barbara Teichman, who passed away in January of this year, and a sister, Nancy (Teichman) Kerr. He is survived by his
children; John Robert Teichman, Teri Teichman-Green and her husband, Daniel, Amy Teichman, Stephanie Teichman-Rader and her husband, Brian, Annie Pope and her husband, Jonathan, Thomas Teichman and his wife, April, Cheryl Davis and her husband, Charles, John Richard Teichman II, Ariel Bobo and her husband, Eric; grandchildren: Taylor Davis, Valerie Davis, Kaitlyn Davis, Sydney Teichman, Alexis Pope, Hayden Davis, Colin Davis, James Bobo, Elisabeth Bobo; and sister, Ann (Teichman) Keifer.
Mr. Teichman was a graduate of Kent State University, a longtime employee of General Mills and a TSSAA Sports official. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather and loved all things outdoors. His family will celebrate him with a private family service.
