

Martin Tocholke was born on January 11, 1943 in Tonningen Poland now Germany to Adolph and Mathilde Tocholke. In March of 1952 the Family emigrated to the U.S. where they settled in Hinckley, MN.
Martin worked at the Department of Veterans Affairs as a Boiler Plant Operator for 27 years at the Murfreesboro Campus until he retired in 2013. Martin served in the Unites State Navy during the “The Cold War” with Honorable discharge. Martin is a Life Member of the American Legion Post 0288 in Smyrna, TN.
He was preceded in death by his parents Adolph and Mathilde Tocholke, sister and brother-in-law Linda and Walter Banasiak, brother Helmuth Tocholke, and brother Ernst (as a child in Germany), brother and sister-in-law Edmund and Ruth Tocholke, sister and brother-in-law Johanna and Bob Zacharias, brother-in-law Gary Karch, and sister Lydia Berglund and former husband Richard, and brother-in-law Gary Mueller.
Martin is survived by his wife Ronjie Tocholke, sister Erna Hoche, Edith Mueller and Ede Karch, sisters-in-law Mary Tocholke and Kathy Tocholke and many beloved nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be American Legion Post 0288 and close Friends.
Graveside service with Military Honors will be Friday December 30, 2022 at 11:30 AM at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
Best friend Bobby Ferrell will officiate the service.
