

Myrtle L. Bell, age 76, of Murfreesboro, passed away peacefully and gracefully on Thursday afternoon October 6, 2016 surrounded by her two loving daughters. Mrs. Bell was born in Rockvale and was the daughter of the late Walter Lee and Minnie O’Dell Hendrix Leathers. Mrs. Bell was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Eugene "Gene" Bell and two brothers, Horace and Ross Holder; She is survived by her daughters, Lori Bell and Tracey Bell Kulikowski (Jeff) ; son, Herbert Eugene Bell Jr.(Shannon); sisters, Irene Walker, Waudene Smith and Marie Williams (Arnold); brother, Ed Holder (Margaret); grandchildren, Joseph Kulikowski, JonAnthony Kulikowski, Ryan Bell and Jasmine Bell. Myrtle was an elder and treasurer at Rockvale Cumberland Presbyterian Church, she cherished gardening, traveling and spending time with her family. Mrs. Bell's children wish to express their gratitude for the continued love and support of the entire Bell family, especially including their father's surviving brother and his wife; Dennis and Lori Bell; deceased brothers and their surviving wives, Billy and Marie Bell, Ray and Sue Bell, Phil and Shelia Bell. Services to celebrate Mrs. Bell will be at Two o’clock the afternoon of Tuesday October 11, 2016 at Roselawn Funeral Home with the interment to follow in the Garden of Devotion at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Murfreesboro.
