William Alfred Stallcup

William Alfred Stallcup, age 81, of Antioch, Tennessee, passed away on Sunday afternoon, January 9, 2022 at Summit Medical Center. Mr. Stallcup was the son of the late Arthur William Stallcup and Willomae Tabor Stallcup. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Stallcup, who passed away in 1989 and brothers, Eddie, Sanford and Jim Stallcup. He is survived by his daughter, Virginia Ann Long and her husband Mark; sons, Gary William Stallcup and Nicholas Arthur Stallcup and his wife Patricia; grandchildren, Christopher Long, Brandon Long, Seth Stallcup, C.J. Graham, Crystal Moore, Felicia Mathis and Heather Binning; great grandchildren, Trenton, Oliver, Olivia, Vincent, Viktor, Margaret, Sam, Hank, Charlie and Catherine; sister, Debra Elliott; and brothers, Charles Stallcup and Troy Stallcup. Graveside services to celebrate Mr. Stallcup will be at 12:30pm the afternoon of Saturday, January 15, 2022 at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.

Mr. Stallcup retired from Vulcan Materials after 42 years of service, from 1970 till 2012. He was very proud of his work on the bridge/tunnel for the Nashville International Airport. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather.
