Mary S Perez

Mary S Perez, age 79 passed away on Monday, August 8, 2022. Surrounded by the love of her family, her loving husband Ruben Perez, her adoring children, Ruben Perez and Stephanie Grippo and her beautiful grandchildren.

Mary was born July 30, 1943 in Spofford, Texas to Francisco and Ramona Sanchez. Mary loved life and all that surrounded her. Her strength was derived by God and her family. She was a devout Catholic and gained many lasting friendships through her fellowship at her church.

Though there is great pain in losing the matriarch of the Perez family, they all find comfort in knowing she is at peace and with her Lord.

Farewell Prayer

Compassionate God, we thank you for the life of Mary Perez who finished this life loving you and trusting in your promises. We thank you for the life and grace you gave her and the peace in which she now rests. Have compassion on our grief, Lord, and fill our hearts with thanksgiving to you. Your children are made in your image, help us to follow you in mind, body, and spirit. We glorify your name, for from you comes every good and Perfect gift, including the gift of eternal life. Through Jesus Christ, Our Lord, Amen.

A rosary service for Mary will be held Sunday, August 28, 2022 at 5:00 PM at Miller Jones Mortuary and Crematory, 26855 Jefferson Ave Suite A, Murrieta, CA 92562. A funeral mass will occur Monday, August 29, 2022 at 10:00 AM at St. Martha Catholic Church, 37200 Whitewood Road, Murrieta, CA 92563. A committal service will occur Monday, August 29, 2022 at 12:45 PM at Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Boulevard, Riverside, CA 92518.
