Mrs. Christian was born Sept. 16, 1927, in Bonham, Texas. She was an accomplished writer, author, and musician. She had taught music and served her church as a pianist and organist.
She is survived by her son, Thomas P. Christian, and wife Rosie of Nacogdoches, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her husband, J.C. Christian.
A private family service will be held.
