

Kenneth was born January 14, 1930, to parents Robert Ed Rambin and Lula Weatherly Rambin. He graduated from Garrison High School and then received a BBA from Stephen F. Austin State University in 1950.
He lived in the Houston, Texas, area for a number of years. Kenneth was an engineering in the field of refrigeration and heating/cooling systems. In 1953 he began his 36-year career with Kroger, retiring on June 3, 1989.
Following retirement, Kenneth returned to his family homeplace in Nacogdoches County where he enjoyed farming and raising cattle.
He was married to Bettie Gail Stamper on Oct. 26, 1962. She preceded him in death on Nov. 20, 1973. Also preceding him in death were his parents; a son, John Kenneth Rambin, on April 15, 1995; and a sister, Enid Jacqueline Rambin Sparks, on April 14, 2007.
His survivors include sons David Marshall Rambin and Richard Lee Rambin; and a sister, Audrey Maxine Rambin Hillin.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday, May 8, 2015, at Cason Monk-Metcalf, located at 5400 North Street in Nacogdoches.
Graveside rites are set for 10:30 a.m. Saturday, May 9, 2015, at Sunset Memorial Park, located at 5127 North Street in Nacogdoches, with Bro. Sonny Scarborough officiating.
