

Funeral services for Joe Pat Worsham, 43, of Nacogdoches will be held at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 3, 2015, at Cason Monk-Metcalf’s Sunset Chapel with Rev. Robert Easterling and Rev. Todd Muckleroy officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
Joe Pat died suddenly Saturday, September 26, 2015, in Midland, Texas. He was born November 23, 1971, in Nacogdoches to Mike and Marsha Wilson Worsham.
Joe Pat lived most of his life in Nacogdoches and was a member of Mahl Baptist Church. He was an electrician, working for Bridgefield Electrical Services of Orange, Texas, running electrical services to compressors servicing natural gas to the U.S. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, who loved the outdoors. Joe Pat was a beloved son, brother, and uncle.
Survivors include his parents; his brother, Billy Jack Worsham (Mendy) of Nacogdoches; his sister, Marcie Shoemaker (Don) of Nacogdoches; his nieces, Maci Lee (Brady) and Katie Worsham of Nacogdoches; nephews, Kade Worsham and Devin Shoemaker of Nacogdoches; great-nephew, Bentley Scott Lee of Nacogdoches; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Charles and Estelle Worsham; maternal grandparents, John and Myrtice Wilson; and uncle, Billy Wayne Wilson.
Pallbearers are Kade Worsham, Devin Shoemaker, Don Shoemaker, Keven Wilson, Andrew Rivas, and Brady Lee.
Honorary pallbearers are Bill Bryant, Michael Tarpley, Joe Boer, Ruben Lucio, Cris Espinoza, and Chad Havens, Bridgefield co-workers; Blake Faulkner; and Don Deaton, posthumously.
Visitation will be held from 1:30 to 3:00 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 3, 2015, at the funeral home.
