Morris was my prayer warrior at times I needed one most...the loss of my soul mate of 60 years, the many hospitalizations and surgeries of my first great granddaughter.  Never ashamed, he would catch me in the aisles of the church building and began pleading to our Father.  Finished, I'd look up and it would not be just me and him but a crowd of like-minded friends to help me through.  No, he was not ashamed and I am so glad to have known him.

Today I bought a Sabine Index and glanced the obituaries as I sometimes do. I was saddened to see that you lost Morris. I will be praying for comfort for you all. Jean, I've been trying to find you, hoping to get in touch with you after all these years. When I pass your old house on Harmony Road I remember you with fond memories. Love to you all. Morris had a huge influence in my life and he will be deeply missed.  From hunting to fishing to discussing God's word, Morris was always there to give advice.  We all know he is singing and talking with the saints and wearing that big smile.  Morris was a great man and I am thankful to have known him and all of you.  We love you all and you are in our thoughts and prayers.

Jean my greatest sympathy for the loss of my boss with Tyson Foods. Morris allways respected me and coverd for me in hard times. He prayed with and for me in his office when I found out I had prostate cancer and assured me he was with me,"And he did" I will miss him.. No words will express my sorrow at your loss, but I know that last Sunday Morris stepped into the glory of the Lord.

I am honored to have know Morris and call him a brother in Christ.  Jean, please know that you and your family are being lifted in prayer as you begin the adjustment to your new life.  Hold to your loving memories, gain strength from your family and friends, and know that God is with you always.

Jean my deepest sympathy to you, Lucas, Matt, Rachel and all of Morris's family. Morris is the one who hired me at ConAgra Feed Mill in Many, LA 28 1/2 years ago. He was a wonderful man to work for and he taught me many things. I have thought of y'all often over the years. Howard, Otis and I have shared many Morris Hill stories over the years. May God give each of you the strength you need in the days to come and know that Morris will be the first one to meet you at the Pearly Gates.

So sorry Jean and children for your loss. I had the pleasure of coaching youth baseball with Morris.  He knew the game so well and loved the boys so much. Those were some of the best years coaching with him. What a great man. You will be missed by many people Morris down here on earth, but I cannot imagine the souls in Heaven that met you at the gates. Rest In Peace my friend.

So sorry for your loss. I had the pleasure of meeting him when we were children with military fathers serving in Germany. Our lives crossed paths again many years later when I had the pleasure of hiring him for the Robards Complex. Jean and children, my love and sympathy to all of you. He taught me family always comes first!
