Randy D. West was born April 21, 1956 in Portsmouth, Virginia, the son of Jack Edward West and Doris Maxine (Arnold) West. He passed away on November 22, 2024, at his home very unexpectedly. He had attained the age of 68 years 7 months and 1 day.
Randy and Danita lived in Nacogdoches and raised their family here. Randy worked in Quality Assurance at Texas Farm Products until he retired. One of his joys was volunteering with the East Texas Motorcycle Enthusiasts, helping to raise money for the “Make-A-Wish” Foundation. But what he extremely enjoyed was fishing!
Surviving Randy are his wife, Danita; daughters, Eleesha Guido and her husband Joe of Ft. Collins, CO,and Laura Beth West of Des Moines, IA ; granddaughters, Tegan Hope Lynn & Paisley Sue West and Olivia & Luciana Guido; brothers, Bruce West and his wife Beth of Houston and Bryan West of Nacogdoches; and one niece, Tanya Saltrick. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Maxine West and uncle Bob West.
