Brett A. Benien

Brett A. Benien, age 22, of Napoleon, Ohio, died Friday morning from injuries sustained in a single car accident at Co. Rd. 13 and Co. Rd. U-2. Born September 25, 1989 in Wauseon, Ohio the son of Allan and Deb (Gibson) Benien, who survives of Napoleon.

Brett worked for the KAMCO Industries of West Unity, Ohio. He graduated from Wauseon High School in 2007.

Surviving also is one daughter Madalee D. Benien, Napoleon, Ohio; one brother Thomas Benien, Napoleon, Ohio; three sisters Allyssia Benien, Wauseon, Ohio, Samara Benien, Napoleon, Ohio, Tasondra Harrington, Montpelier, Ohio; grandparents Roger Benien Sr., Charles and Trula Tanier, Delta, Ohio and Edward and Teri Gibson of Virginia. One niece Bailey Booth and one nephew Benjamin Booth also survive.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother Barbara Benien.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Christ United Methodist Church, Napoleon , Ohio, Rev. Russell Shaeffer, officiating. Interment will be made in Riverview Memory Gardens, rural Defiance County.

Friends may call at the Walker Mortuary, Napoleon, Ohio on Tuesday from 2 to 8 p.m.

The family has suggested that memorial contributions may be made to Madalee D. Benien Fund.
