He is survived by brothers Tim (Judy) Smith of Napoleon Ohio, Joseph (Rita) Smith Malinta Ohio, and Jeffrey Smith of Napoleon Ohio.
Thomas love to fish, was an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys and worked at Wal-Mart and was a member of a local bowling league for 20 years.
Calling hours will be held Friday January 11, 2013 1-5 p.m. at the Smith residence at 301 West High St. Napoleon (Florida) Ohio.
Memorials can be made to the Henry County Humane Society and the Shriners Burn Hospital. Arrangements are entrusted to the Snyder-Wesche Funeral Home of Napoleon Ohio.
