

Born September 29, 1931 in Mansfield, Ohio, the daughter of John and Mildred (Motter) Walker. On June 25, 1951 she married Bruce “Dick” Gray, who survives of Napoleon.
She was employed in several branches of the U.S. Government, Rossford Ordnance Depot, Selective Service System, Social Security of Toledo, Ohio, U.S. Railroad Retirement Board and the U.S. Department of Commerce, retiring in 1987.
She later moved to DeLand, Florida and was employed by AmeriLife Insurance Co., as Administrative Assistant. She also worked on the Volusia County Board of Elections in DeLand, Florida and was the Assistant Field Operations Supervisor for Census 2000 in Daytona Beach, Florida.
Surviving also is one sister Gladys (Ralph) Nutter, Napoleon, Ohio. Several nieces and nephews also survive, along with special friend Deborah (Harmon) McIlrath and Jenny the dog.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister Kathleen Adams and one brother Todd Christy.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Walker Mortuary, Napoleon, Ohio, Rev. Lindy Maurice-Saum, officiating. Interment will be made in Grelton Cemetery.
Friends may call at the mortuary on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m.
The family has suggested that memorial contributions may be made to the Henry County Humane Society or to a charity of the donor’s choice
