Born on January 14, 1951, Judith lived a life defined by compassion, devotion, and quiet strength. She was the devoted wife of Bobby Dean Helms, with whom she shared a lifelong love story. The color yellow—bright, warm, and full of hope—held special meaning for Judith, as it was woven through their wedding day and came to symbolize the joy they built together over the years.
Judith was a loving mother to her sons, Jason Helms and Brian Helms, and mother-in-law to Christine Helms. Her greatest pride was her family, and her heart found its fullest expression in her role as a grandmother. She adored her grandchildren including Grace and Stephen, children of Brian and Christine. Whether she was sharing stories, or offering a comforting hug, her love for them knew no bounds.
Before retiring, Judith dedicated her career to caring for the elderly, providing gentle support and dignity to those in need. Her ability to listen, to comfort, and to care deeply left an indelible mark on the lives of those she served, as well as their families.
Judith's warmth, her unwavering kindness, and her ability to see beauty in simple things will be missed deeply by all who knew her. Her legacy lives on in the family she loved, the people she helped, and the many lives she quietly touched.
