

Charles A. Labrecque, 84, of Nashua, NH passed away on Sunday, May 3, 2015 at the Lahey Clinic, Burlington, MA. He was born May 13, 1930 in Montreal, Canada, a son of the late Wilfrid and Orpha (Baillargeon) Labrecque.
Mr. Labrecque came to the United States, specifically Nashua, in 1954 where he found work and was able to live with his brother Maurice. He enjoyed the Red Sox, the Patriots and the Boston Bruins. He worked for 24 years at Budweiser in Merrimack, NH. Mr. Labrecque was a member of the Lafayette Club. He enjoyed his family and every year attended the family reunions at Mont Sutton, Canada. He is fondly remembered for starting his conversations with people in English and often ending them in French.
He is survived by his son; John Labrecque of Nashua, his fiancé of 10 years; Irene E. Pelletier of Nashua, two brothers; Gerard Labrecque and his wife Jeannot of Laval, QC and Georges Labrecque and his wife Monique, of Montreal and four sisters; Bernadette Roy and her husband Gilles of St. Hubert, Quebec, Denise Labrecque of St. Jean sur Richelieu, Gisele Labrecque of Brossard, QC and Lucienne Labrecque of Val-Racine, QC. He was predeceased by his wife; Priscilla (Lavoie) Labrecque in 2002, and by four brothers; Maurice, Andre, Jean and Rene and a sister Pauline Labrecque.
Visiting hours will be held Friday, May 8, 2015 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm in the Zis-Sweeney Funeral Home, 26 Kinsley St., Nashua. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, May 9 at 10:00am in St. John XXIII at Infant Jesus, 121 Allds St., Nashua. Interment will follow in St. Francis Xavier Cemetery, Pine Hill Ave., Nashua.
