Elizabeth "Liz" McQuinn

Elizabeth “Liz” McQuinn, 60, of Nashua, NH passed away on Wednesday, July 16, 2014 from injuries she sustained in an automobile accident in Merrimack, NH. She was born January 5, 1954 in Brooklyn, NY, daughter of Mary (Brindley) Goode and the late James Goode.

Liz was full of life. She had a HUGE personality and you felt you knew her within minutes of meeting her whether you wanted to or not. She was a tremendously caring mother and friend to all. Liz was the "boss" of her family and ran the show but was a “princess” at the same time. She had worked for Cable Assemblies, Inc. in Amherst, NH for over 10 years. Her favorite phrase was “suck it up,” and remembering that is assisting the family in this time of tragedy.

She is survived by her husband; Brian McQuinn of Nashua, her mother; Mary Goode of Nashua, her father in law Joseph Bishop five daughters; Jessica Paquin and her husband Kevin of Nashua, Erica Graham of Nashua, Brianna Kim-Levesque and her husband Brandon of Temecula, CA, Andrea George and her husband Scott of Nashua and Amanda Fredette and Arnold Green of Nashua. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; Cico, Anthony, Gabrielle, Chase, Lynnelle, Carter, Mason, Hendricks, Sophia, Brian Joseph and Cory, Ben, and Aiden a sister; Maureen Keppler of Long Island, NY, two brothers in law; Richard McQuinn and his wife Deborah of Auburn, NH and Robert McQuinn and his wife Patricia of Salem, NH, a sister in law; Sharon Blekitas and her husband David of Merrimack, NH, her special niece; Laura Hoglund and her Godchildren; Arthur Keppler and Andrew Hall, by many other nieces, nephews, cousins and great friends and also by her baby Max. She was predeceased by her brother David Goode in 2013, brother in law Arthur Keppler in 1997 and mother in law Jean Bishop in 2011.

Visiting hours will be held Friday, July 18, 2014 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm in the Zis-Sweeney Funeral Home, 26 Kinsley St., Nashua. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:30am Saturday in St. Joseph the Worker Parish, 777 W. Hollis St., Nashua. Interment will follow in St. Louis de Gonzague Cemetery, 752 W. Hollis St., Nashua.
