

Wayne Flesher, 74, of Trafalgar died Saturday, December 23, 2017 in his home. He was born May 4, 1943 in Portland, IN to Carl Flesher and Mary Mildred Ford Flesher. He was retired from owning towing and service stations in Portland and then worked for the Town of Nashville.
Survivors include his former wife, Mary Kay Flesher of Nashville; two sons, Don (wife Susan) Flesher and Wayne (wife Darla) Flesher, all of Nashville; a daughter, Teresa Carson of Bloomington; his fiancé, Wilma Stokes of Trafalgar; a brother, Byron (wife Jeannie) Flesher of Portland; a daughter-in-law, Julie Flesher of Portland; a sister-in-law, Maxine Flesher of Muncie; and 7 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Ronnie Wayne Flesher; two brothers, Lowell and Dick Flesher; and a sister, Maribee Wimmer.
Even after retiring, Wayne still enjoyed working on cars and watching NASCAR.
There will be a gathering of family and friends on Friday, December 29, 2017 from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM in Bond-Mitchell Funeral Home, 1682 State Road 135 North, Nashville. Funeral Services are scheduled for Friday at 1:00 PM in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Brown County Memorial Park.
