NEELY, Betty Ann (Geer) Age 82. Born June 23, 1930 in Nashville, TN and passed away on March 30, 2013 in Nashville, TN. Preceded in death by mother, Sue Ann Geer Mason. Survived by husband, Paul Edwin Neely, Sr. of 61 years; five siblings, Blaine Mason, Alice Mason Wilson, Pete Mason, Michael Mason and Henry "Scotty" Mason; eight children, Paula (Michael) Neely Thomas, Phyllis Neely, Paul (Jamie) Vanderpool Neely, Jr., Prudence Neely, Phillip "Dino" Neely, Patrice "Reecy" (David) Warner, Patrick "Packy" (Rosemary Norman) Neely and Priscilla "Cissy" Neely; thirteen grandchildren, Nicholas Thomas, Matthew Thomas, Kathryn Thomas Smith, Cameron Neely, Austin Neely, Paige Neely, Brett Warner, Davis Warner,, Carson Warner, Christopher Neely, Andrew Neely, Samantha Shinkle and Zachary Shinkle; five great grandchildren, Emma Grace Thomas, Lindsey Brooke Stephens, Addison Gayle Thomas, Cooper Mack Thomas, Kaitlyn Ann Smith. Betty was a graduate of West End High School and was a member of Cathedral of the Incarnation, Nashville, TN. She also retired from St. Thomas Hospital in 1992 where she worked as a Unit Clerk. A Catholic Prayer Service will be held on Thursday, April 4, 2013 at 1 p.m. in Woodlawn's Dignity Hall, 660 Thompson Lane, Nashville, TN.
