Billy Joe Fisher, Sr.

FISHER, Billy Joe, Sr., age 72, passed away on March 8, 2012. He is preceded in death by his father and mother Cecil and Beulah Fisher and his brother J.C. Fisher. He is survived by his wife Betty Fisher; son Billy Joe Fisher, Jr. (Diana); daughter Tina Fisher Woods (Ricky); step daughter Vicki Stephens (Peter); grandson Zachary Fisher; step grandchildren Bethany and Warren Stephens; brothers and sisters Charlie Fisher (Katherine), Ruby Sparkman, Ada Hitt (W.G.), Bob Fisher (Jessie) and Barbara Jean Moore (Carl); his dear nieces and nephews and a dear friend Dawn Edmondson. Mr. Fisher was a graduate of Hume Fogg and a member of Cedar Hill Church of Christ. He enjoyed bowling and racing. Visitation will be held from 2PM until 8PM in the afternoon on Sunday, the 11th of March, at Woodlawn Roesch-Patton Funeral Home. The Service will be held at 2:30PM in the afternoon on Monday, the 12th of March, at Woodlawn’s Dignity Hall with visitation held two hours prior. Peter Stephens to officiate along with participation by his children. Pallbearers are Robert Breedlove, Michael Fisher, Paul Hitt, Wayne Jones, Jim Lawrence, and Justin Speakman.
