Rice, Charles Edward age 78 passed May 16, 2013 Survived by wife: Frances Rice, Daughters: Marie Rice & Barbara (Alan) Garrett, Sons: Chuck (Melissa) Rice & Carl (Vickie) Rice. Brother Marvin Gamble. Five grandchildren & several great grandchildren. Services will be held 11 am Monday at Hibbett & Hailey Funeral Home with Dr. Jim Cross & Rev. Jack Barron officiating. Interment to be held at Mt. Olivet Cemetery with family & friends serving as pallbearers. Honarary pallbearers will be US Postal Service employees. Visitation with the family Saturday from 5 to 7 pm and Sunday from 1 pm to 3 pm and 5 pm to 7 pm and on Monday one hour prior to service at Hibbett & Hailey Funeral Home.
