Cornelia Ann Bingham Hill

She was born July 23, 1930 to Henry and Sara Bingham.

Though she was a native of Fosterville, TN, she lived a majority of her life in Nashville, TN where she met her husband James N. Hill.

Cornelia had many jobs throughout life. She was a homemaker for her family, a crossing guard for Metro, as well as a secretary for West End Church of Christ.

She was a member of the gardening club and a member of the ladies auxiliary for the fire department.

She enjoyed sports, spending time with her family, as well as tending to her garden in her spare time.

Cornelia was not only a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother; she was also devoted to her faith. For many years, she was a major part in setting up and assisting with bible studies, including vacation bible school, at many churches hosted by members of Riverwood Church of Christ.

She is preceded in death by her parents and husband.

She leaves to cherish in memory, daughters, Cynthia Seaborn, Vickie s. Hill, and Misty J. Buckner; grandchildren James G. Seaborn, Devin O. Fuqua, and Kaytlynn D. Vasquez (Derek Vasquez) ; great-grandchildren, Norah Rose Vasquez, Jonah and Dacus.

A gathering of family and friends for Cornelia will be held Thursday, January 4, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Mount Olivet Funeral Home & Cemetery, 1101 LEBANON PIKE, NASHVILLE, TN 37210. A celebration of life service will occur Friday, January 5, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 1101 LEBANON PIKE, NASHVILLE, TN 37210.
