ETCHINGHAM, Daniel Henry "Dan" age 64 passed away Thursday, October 4, 2012. Survived by loving wife of 47 years Connie; daughters, Amy, Chris, Stephanie, Callie & Hannah; grandchildren, Daniel, Sophie, Andrew, Carson, Sadie and Hunter. Dan was a avid Notre Dame fan, he enjoyed watching the Chicago Cubs and listining to Blues music. Dan loved life, was a wonderful husband, father and friend and will truly missed by all. Celebration of Life Service will be held Monday, October 8, 2012 at 2pm in the Hibbett & Hailey Chapel, visitation with family will be two hours prior to service.
