Earsel Elliott Peck, age 88 of Nashville, TN passed away peacefully on December 19, 2013. He is preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Betty Hoover Peck; son, Grayson Lee Peck; and son-in-law, Ira L. Hoffman, Jr. Survived by his daughter, Nancy Hoffman; sons, Richard (Barbara) Peck and Russell (Kim) Peck; grandchildren, Jamey Peck, Jonathan Peck, Aaron Peck, Jacqueline (Brian) Klemm, April Peck, Summer Hoffman, Scott Peck and Adam Peck; 3 great-grandchildren, Ryan Peck, Evan Klemm and Alexander Klemm; brothers, John (Avanelle) Peck and Ralph Peck; and several nieces and nephews. Mr. Peck was a faithful Church of Christ member throughout his life and he truly was a family man. He proudly served in the Army Aircorp during WWII in the European theater and retired in the late 80’s from Branch & Associates construction company located in Roanoke, VA. Graveside services will be conducted at ten o’clock in the morning on Monday, the 23rd of December, 2013 at Woodlawn Memorial Park. Visitation with the family will be from two until four o’clock in the afternoon on Sunday, the 22nd of December at Woodlawn Roesch-Patton Funeral Home. The family requests that memorial contributions be sent to the Church of Christ Disaster Relief or Alzheimer’s Association.
