Ellis Hale, age 84, passed away on December 1, 2017 in Hermitage, TN. Preceded in death by his parents, Leslie Lafayette Hale and Ida Morris Hale; sister, Wilma Johnson; brothers, Selmer L. Hale, James M. Hale and Carmine Hale. Survived by wife, Frances J. Hale; daughter, Melody Bonee; sons, David (Lesia) Hale, Alan (Nancy) Hale and Danny (Jeannine) Hale; sisters, May Ruth Hosale and Linda (Don) Joines; and sister-in-law, Virginia Hale; nine grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Ellis served his country in the U.S. Army and worked 35 years for Nashville Electric Service. Celebration of Life Service will be Monday, December 4, 2017 at one o’clock in the afternoon, Woodlawn’s Dignity Hall. Gathering of family and friends will be on Sunday, December 3, 2017 from four o’clock until eight o’clock in the evening and on Monday two hours prior to the service at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home.
