Eloise Wilcoxson Ferguson

Eloise Wilcoxson Ferguson, age 86, of Mt Juliet, Tennessee passed away on Friday, November 11, 2022. She was born in St. Joseph, Lawrence County, Tennessee to the late, William Buford Wilcoxson and Jewel Mae Hurst Wilcoxson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Mary Nell Miller; brother, W. B. Wilcoxson, Jr.; brother-in-law, Glen Miller and sister-in-law, Donna Wilcoxson.

Eloise is survived by her children, Tim Ferguson of Mount Juliet, Tennessee and Melissa Ferguson Updike of Greenbrier, Tennessee, grandchildren, Luke Ferguson, Georgia (Josh) Bromehead, Jessica Ferguson and Raleigh (Luke) Hadden; great-grandchildren, Joe, Eli, Brice, Joelle, Scarlett, Lucy, River and Lennon; siblings, Edith (Chris) Cabaniss and Wayne Wilcoxson; a host of friends, nieces and nephews.

Eloise was a tax secretary for Ernst and Young Accounting firm for forty years. After retirement, she didn't retire, she was vibrantly active within the Nashville Community. Eloise was a long-time member of Donelson First Baptist Church. She was a volunteer for the Salvation Army, Nashville Rescue Mission, Room at the Inn. Her last volunteer work was at Centennial Hospital delivering mail. She was always on the move and enjoyed a fast-paced life.

A Graveside Service will be held eleven o'clock in the morning on Saturday, November 19, 2022 at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
