Fannie Orila Jones

She is preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Frances Fischer; husband, Bobby Neil Jones Sr.; son, Ronald Thomas Jones; brothers, Adolph Fischer; Louis Fischer; James Fischer and Hollis Fischer; sisters, Tennie Gourley and Ida Frances Pitt.

She is survived by son, Bobby "Butch" Jones (Rose); grandchildren, Shannan Jones McRee; Stephen Jones (Rachel); Christopher Jones; Sherie Jones; Aimee Roller (Michael); 12 great grandchildren; and 6 great-great grandchildren.

Serving as pallbearers will be great grandsons: Harrison McRee, Thomas Jones, Austin Roller, Bryce Jones, Levi Parkerson, and Maverick Jones.

She retired from J.C. Penney in 1985 and then retired from First American in 2000. She was member of Woodbine Baptist Church for almost 60 years and followed Christ with all of her heart. She was also an avid gardener which showed in her beautiful flowers. She dedicated her life to serving others with unconditional love, expecting nothing in return. A cherished wife, mother, grandmother, and friend to countless people, she touched many lives with her kindness. Today, another angel has entered Heaven

A gathering of family and friends for Fannie will be held Friday, February 14, 2025 from 9:30 am to 11:30 am at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 660 Thompson Ln, Nashville, TN 37204, followed by a celebration of life service at 11:30 am with burial to follow.
