A native of Nashville, He was a member of Woodson Chapel Church of Christ. He was retired from management with Sherwin Williams. He was a loyal friend, loving father, and role model to many. Felix loved being a difference maker and invested his time coaching little league during his early years. Wanting to have more of an impact and share his love for baseball, he led the expansion of the Little League Club throughout the Southeast, and served on boards providing children the opportunity to play ball while developing character and life skills. He was also a member of the Nashville Rotary Club. He was an avid golfer and spent most weekends at Temple Hills with his grandchildren and dear friend Tom Kenny in his retirement. His favorite place was the beach and could be counted on for pulling off the best vacations. As an entrepreneur and business man, he supported his children and grandchildren in their business endeavors in the later years of his life. His pride was his children and his joy was his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was a selfless man and never turned anyone away that was in need. He never saw fault in anyone and genuinely believed the best about everyone. He loved his wife, Mary, with an unyielding love until the day he passed and was reunited with her in the Savior's presence. His sage wisdom, calming presence, and strength in his comfort will be missed.
