Age 94. Passed away Jan 19, 2026. She is survived by sons George S. Ragland and Col. Lee B. (Regie) Ragland, USMC; granddaughters, Sara Zendejas and Katie (Chris) Sinsheimer, sister, Lila Jane Verfurth, nieces, Lisa (Steve) McNeill and Leigh Ayn (Elias) Haralambakis, four greatgrandchildren, and four grandnieces and nephew. Graduate of Dalton High School (’48), The Ward-Belmont School (’50), and Vanderbilt University (’52). Celebration of Life will be at 2:30 p.m., Saturday Jan 31, 2026, in Dignity Hall at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Morning Pointe Foundation in memory of Frances Ragland, 6020 Arbury Way, Ooltewah, TN 37363.
