Frank Dean Arturi

Frank Dean Arturi, beloved husband, son, and friend, passed away peacefully on July 19, 2025, at the age of 65. Born on January 27, 1960, in Nashville, Tennessee, Frank was the son of the late Franklin Lawrence Arturi and Dorthea Newman. He grew up in Tennessee and graduated from Antioch High School before pursuing further education at the college level.

Frank was a man of many joys and simple pleasures. He found great happiness spending time outdoors, whether he was fishing at a quiet lake, enjoying a game of golf with friends, or playing tennis. He had a deep love for maintaining his yard and property, taking pride in the beauty and care he poured into his home. He was also an avid bowler, often found at the lanes sharing laughter and competition with those close to him.

For 23 years, Frank shared his life with his loving and devoted wife, Melissa Arturi, with whom he built a home full of warmth and lasting memories. He was preceded in death by his father Franklin Lawrence Arturi, and his mother Dorthea Newman.

Frank leaves behind his cherished wife, Melissa Arturi, stepson, Donald Sprague, his grandson Caleb Sprague his stepmother Kathy Arturi, and a host of extended family and lifelong friends who will remember him for his kind heart, steady presence, and the joy he brought to everyday life.

Frank’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. His laughter, love, and unwavering spirit will be dearly missed.

A gathering of family and friends for Frank will be held Friday, July 25, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 660 Thompson Ln, Nashville, TN 37204. A celebration of life will occur Friday, July 25, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 660 Thompson Ln, Nashville, TN 37204. A committal and entombment will occur Friday, July 25, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM, 660 Thompson Ln, Nashville, TN 37204.
