Gabriel came to the U.S. as one of the Lost Boys in August 2001. He was employed nearly 15 years for Gaylord Opryland Hotel.
Gabriel is survived by mother, Akuol Agol; father, Anyang Nhial; 16 siblings all of Africa; brother, Nhial Kur Kang; girlfriend, Tekka Kelly; nephew, Kur Jool Kuol; cousin, Paul Arou; god-father, Dan Meyers; den mother, Deborah Martin; close friends, Majok Nhial Awuok, Makhaat Makuaach, David Ajang and Evangelist Gai Luom; friend and co-worker, John W. Mabut; roommate, Akuoc Ayuen; and the South Sudanese Community. Please keep the family lifted in prayer.
Visitation will be held from four o’ clock in the evening until eight on Friday, April 1, 2016 at Woodlawn Roesch-Patton Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at one o’ clock in the afternoon on Saturday, April 2, 2016 in Woodlawn’s Dignity Hall with visitation to start at eleven o’ clock.
