Preceded in death by grandparents, Tom and Virginia Mayo, Nashville; Bryson and Sue Frakes, Nashville; and father, Gary D. Frakes, Charlotte. Survived by mother, Janice M. Frakes, Dickson; brother, Brad H. Frakes, Nashville; sister, Kerri C. Woodard, Dickson. Visitation will be held from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm Wednesday, July 9 and from 1:30 pm to service time at 2:30 pm on Thursday, July 10 at Woodlawn Roesch-Patton Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held at 2:30 pm on Thursday, July 10 and will be officiated by Rev. Tom Nankervis. Interment to follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
