Harlan ArthurStarkweather, age 51 of Antioch, TN March 11, 2010. Preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Shirley Starkweather. Survived by brothers, Howard Starkweather and his wife, Janette of Clarion, IA and Heath Starkweather and his wife Charmaine of Prince Frederick, MD; nephews, Kyle, Keith, Christopher, Chase, Corey and Craig; as well as aunts, uncles, cousins, numerous friends, co-workers and neighbors; all who meant the world to him. He graduated from Charles City High School, IA and received a graphic artist degree from Hawkewa Institute of Technology, Waterloo, IA. He always found the greatest enjoyment in life spending time with his dearly departed Mom, his Aunt Sharlene, his nephews, family and his numerous friends.
