HIBBETT, Jr., Ira Kneeland age 86 of Nashville September 15, 2012. Preceded in death by parents, I.K. (Choo Choo) and Louise (Ma Ma) Hibbett; brothers, James and Eugene Hibbett. Survived by devoted wife of 66 years, Jody Hibbett; daughters, Brenda (Gene) Jones, Victoria (Kevin) Blalock; grandchildren, Billy (Michelle) Hibbett, Christina (Kevin) Eubanks, Wyndi (Byron) Brock, Adan Jones, Chris Blalock, Sam Blalock, USCG; great grandchildren, Kevin, Jordan, Asa, Kristopher, Elijah, Olivia, Aydia, Jackson, Audrey. Mr. Hibbett formerly owned a Shell Service Station for 25 years and was in real estate for 10 years. He was a member of Forest Hills UMC. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, September 19, 2012 at 3 o’clock in the afternoon at Forest Hills UMC with Rev. Ed Templeton officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers: West High Golf Group and Tom Fisher SSC. In lieu of customary rememberances, memorials may be made to Forest Hills UMC.
