Jane Swann Hill passed away on September 11, 2016. She is preceded in death by her husband, Richard F. Hill and her brother, Hal R. Swann. Mrs. Hill is survived by her daughters, Joal Hill and Lee (Vernon) Bates, numerous nieces and nephews as well as many other family and friends.
