Preceded in death by his father, Ken Burrows; grandparents, Gene and Lucy Crabtree. Survived by mother, Debbie Nash, step father Jerry Nash; brother, Michael Shane Burrows; step brothers, Darren Nash, Jerry Nash, Jr. and step sister, Crystal Nash; uncles, Tommy (Nan) Crabtree and Mike (Michelle) Crabtree; aunts, Sheila Curry, Jeri (Jr) Adcock. Several cousins, nieces, nephews and loved ones. Special thanks to family friends and caretaker, Cindy Hess.
