

Joseph Ray Woody, 75, of Thompson Station, TN, passed away peacefully on February 8, 2025. Born in Nashville, TN, on September 26, 1949, he was the son of the late Arnold Ray Woody and Rena Crews Woody.
Joseph was a loving husband, father, brother, and grandfather.
He had a great sense of humor and loved telling jokes, bringing joy to those around him. A devoted family man, he cherished spending time with his loved ones, including his wife, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. He had a passion for watching University of Tennessee sports, fishing, visiting casinos, coaching soccer, and traveling.
He graduated from John Overton High School and Nashville Auto Diesel College, later beginning his career at Preston Lincoln Mercury. He went on to work at McEwen Cherry Auto Air and Sound and ultimately became the owner of Innotech LLC.
Joseph was a proud Mason and held a special place in his heart for his family and friends, offering both laughter and support.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Margaret Everett.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Kathrine Elaine Woody, whom he married on June 18, 2010, in Thompson Station, TN. Joseph is also survived by his children and their families: Daughter and son-in-law, Lynn and Solomon Admah, and their children, Norah and Madelyn Admah; Daughter and son-in-law, Leigh and Mick Dauberman, and their children, Zach Anderson, Emily Anderson, and Cruz Dauberman; Daughter and son-in-law, Melinda and James Liles, and their children, Elston and Becket Liles; Son and daughter-in-law, Paul and Jennifer Caldwell, and their children, McKynlie (Cody) Cooke and Jackson Caldwell; Great-grandchildren: Katherine Caldwell, Walker Cooke, and Athena Admah. He is also survived by his sister, Frances and JC Brittain.
