Judith “Judy” Marie Ellis, age 70, of Ashland City, Tennessee passed away on January 24, 2021. She was born in Borger, Texas on September 24, 1950 to Elizabeth and Earl Young, Sr. Judy is also preceded in death by her husband, William B. Ellis; brothers, Earl H. Young, Jr. and John Young. She is survived by her sister, Margaret Duke; niece, Elizabeth Pugh; and nephew, Johnny Young.
Judy worked for SAG-AFTRA, the Screen Actors Guild-America Federation of Television and Radio Artist. She was always happy, smiling, and fun to be around. Judy enjoyed growing flowers and taking care of her home and dogs. She loved her friends and family and was always thoughtful of others.
A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held on Sunday, January 31, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home.
Jake Pugh, Ethan Pugh, Randall Pugh, Brice Holder, Nathan Skelton, and Johnny Young will serve as pallbearers. Billy Goddard and Patrick Scholls will serve as honorary pallbearers.
