Katherine Thompson, age 93, born on February 25, 1927 to AJ & Iza Foster. She is also preceded in death by brothers, Raymond Foster and Edgar Foster. Mrs. Thompson is survived by her husband, Fred Thompson; sons, Kenneth Sorrell and Larry Sorrell; daughter, Cathy Rogers (Mike); grandchildren, Cary Hunt, Tracy Wilson, Chris Rogers, Erica Sorrell, and Chelsea Sorrell; 4 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Thompson loved sewing, crocheting, embroidery, and cooking. She also enjoyed helping others, her friends and especially her family.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Aseracare Hospice.
