Laura Copeland Farmer Mount Juliet, TN Age 87, passed away peacefully with her family by her side December 2, 2014. Laura was a member of Victory Baptist Church and was the Past Patron of the Eastern Star.Preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Marvin Farmer; her parents, John T. and Rosa Lee Copeland.Survived by her sons, Gary Wayne Farmer (Julie) and Roger Farmer (Sue); daughters, Sharon Farmer Lovett (Darrell) and Rita Farmer Reed (Ricky); sister, Sarah Freeman; 6 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.A graveside service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Thursday, December 4, 2014 at the Middle Tennessee Veterans Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be Wednesday from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m., at Hibbett & Hailey Funeral Home.
