Margie Ann Rockensock Stolt of Nashville, Tennessee was born May 31, 1953 In Fort Eustis, Virginia to parents Edward and Marjorie Galbreath Rockensock. She passed away Monday, July 1, 2019 in Nashville, Tennessee.
Margie was a beautiful lady that loved life and touched many people's life during her 66 years. She was the type of person that never met a stranger. She adored her family and was a devoted grandmother to her 6 grandchildren, Abigail, Avery, Wesley, Isaac, Emmett and Tyler. She and Bob were blessed with 47 years of marriage. She loved to read, sometimes having as many as three books she was reading at one time and working crossword puzzles was a favorite pastime.
She was preceded in death by her father, Edward Rockensock. Margie is survived by husband of 47 years, Robert "Bob" Stolt; four children, daughter and son-in-law, Emily Stolt Wayne and Joe Wayne, son, Matt Stolt, son and daughter-in-law, Ben and Diana Stolt, daughter, Kelly Stolt; mother, Marjorie Rockensock; sister and brother-in-law, Lorna and Mike Moats; brother and sister-in-law, Ed and Judy Rockensock, brother, Lance Rockensock; and six grandchildren, Abigail, Avery, Wesley, Isaac, Emmett and Tyler.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held 3:00 p.m. Saturday, July 6, 2019 from the chapel of Mount Olivet Funeral Home with Father John Raphael, celebrant. The family will receive friends Saturday, July 6th from 12:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Mount Olivet Funeral Home.
