He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Dorothy Connor Langreck, Jr. He is survived by his son, Michael Kent Langreck (Emma); son Michael’s mother, Lucille Kyger Langreck; brother, Rick Langreck (Stephanie Davidson); sister, Karen Brown (Mike); and special friend, Barbara Tucker.
He graduated from Father Ryan High School and the University of Tennessee Knoxville. He worked his entire career for the State of Tennessee in various capacities utilizing his engineering skills.
A visitation was held on December 5, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. at Saint Henry Catholic Church. Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery at a later time.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Saint Henry Catholic Church or Father Ryan High School Tuition Assistance Fund.
