It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Michella "Mikki" Leone Couch, age 63, of Smyrna, Tennessee, on February 18, 2025. Mikki was born to Arliss Leone Johnston (Beacock) and Walter Scott Johnston, who both preceded her in death.
Mikki was a dedicated worker, spending many years in the family business doing administrative work and providing exceptional customer service. She was a loving mother, sister, daughter, and friend—someone who wore her heart on her sleeve. Mikki was known for her selflessness, always offering help whenever she could, and for her deep love of animals. She made it a priority to donate to animal shelters and domestic violence programs.
A woman of many interests, Mikki enjoyed reading and crocheting in her spare time. While she had a unique and sometimes blunt sense of humor, those who knew her would describe her as both caring and comical. Her passing leaves a void that words cannot fully capture.
Mikki is survived by her daughter, Arliss Olivia Couch; granddaughter, Azra Rose Couch; sisters, Joni Johnston and Bobbi Harris; nieces, Candell Rainey and Cara Chae; and many great nieces and nephews. She is also survived by numerous friends who were touched by her kindness, humor, and generosity.
