BUCKNER, Monroe, age 83 passed away April 2, 2012. Born in Gonzales, TX to the late Annie and James Henry Buckner, he was a member of the Church of Christ. Survived by his wife of 60 years, Jerry Buckner; daughter, Marian Ackley (Jim), LaVergne, TN; sons, Terry Buckner (Tina), White House, TN, Toby Buckner (Denise), White House, TN, Brian Buckner (Lori), Antioch, TN; 10 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm Thursday, April 5, 2012 in Woodlawn’s Dignity Hall. Pallbearers will be grandsons and nephews.
