Patricia Hutchison Smith, age 85, passed away peacefully on August 25, 2025, in Madison, Tennessee. Born in Davidson CO., TN she is preceded in death by her Parents, Frank William and Fairy Inez Hutchison, Sister, Barbara Roseer, Grandchild, Taylor Smith.
Survived by her loving Children, Pamela Dawn Hundley and Jerry Frank Smith, Jr., Grandchildren, Tamera Morgan, Amber Morgan, Brandy Matthews, 9 Great-Grandchildren and 1 Great-Great Grandchild, Siblings, Frank Hutchison, Steve Hutchison and Lawrence Hutchison and many nieces and nephews.
Patricia was a proud member of the American Legion Auxiliary Unit #82. She lived a vibrant life filled with many passions, music, bowling, art, puzzles, and cheering on her beloved Tennessee Titans. Her warmth, creativity, and love for life touched all who knew her. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and community.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Jude’s Hospital.
A Visitation will take place Thursday September 11, 2025, from 12:30 pm until the Funeral Service 2:30 pm all held at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home, Nashville.
