Rebecca Sawyer Reddy, a beloved and cherished soul, passed away on November 17, 2025, at the age of 85. Born on November 20, 1939, in Williamson County, Tennessee, Rebecca's life was a tapestry woven with devotion, gentle kindness, and a warm heart that touched all who knew her.
Rebecca was the devoted daughter of the late Albert Downey Sawyer and Alma (Pate) Sawyer. She was also the loving wife of William Reddy, who preceded her in death. Her gentle spirit lives on in her son, Andrew C. Crowell, who resides in Champaign, Illinois.
Her professional journey led her to the Tennessee School for the Blind, where she worked in Administration. Her career was marked by a deep commitment to service and a dedication to making a difference in the lives of others.
