As the proud father of a wonderful and caring son, father, brother, loved one and man, I must say I simply cannot believe our Lord has taken him from me and my family and the world that he blessed so much with his presence.  I feel like I missed so much of a wonderful man and now I must miss even more but I refuse to believe it has happened and wait every day to hear “ hi Dad, when are Chaz and I coming to California to see you?” and I will believe it will happen every time I hear my phone ring from this day forward.  I search for reasons that He has taken him from me and others who loved him so much but can only believe there was a heavenly reason that is beyond my, and our, comprehension.  We have had to live through losing his beloved mother, his beloved sister, and now I am told I must accept losing him as well.  It is simply too much to believe so I refuse to believe that such a wonderful person has been removed from my life.  Bobby did so much for others, he cared so much for so many kids and helping them start their life’s with his wonderful style of coaching and taught them the values of honor through winning and losing but mostly winning.  I know he left our world with the truest love of his life and shared his last moments feeling that love as he parted our world.  I do know he left with a heart full of love both within his heart and upon his heart and that is the only thing that brings me to bear the pain that I feel.  I know Bobby felt enormous pain from losing his sister Cheryl and his Mother Linda some years ago and was still suffering the pain of those losses so all I can do to live with losing him is to believe with my whole heart that Linda and Cheryl went to our Lord and requested that he be brought to their sides so they could feel him beside them where he belonged and to ease his pain of losing them.  That is the ONLY way I can reconcile losing the wonderful man who called me Dad.  I will be with you again Bobby.  I promise you!!!

Bobby was such an awesome flag football coach and friend.  He will be dearly missed by so many young men and women as well as their parents.  Bobby loved being out on the field and gave so much of his time to coaching our children.  He not only taught his teams how to play football, but also taught them how to respect themselves and others.
Bobby was always so much fun to be around.  He had an incredible and endearing personality.  I am so glad that I was able to be a part of his life.  He treated me with true kindness, love, and respect.  
He is probably putting together a flag football team in Heaven right about now.  He will have lots of practices (even in the rain) and he will be shouting out some of his favorite lines...."which hip did you pull from", "put everything inside the bag, not beside the bag, inside the bag", "atta boy, atta girl"!
Miss you and love you, Bobby.  You will forever hold a special place in my heart.


I have so many fond memories of you! From flag football, softball, cookouts and just hanging out. I will forever laugh when I watch roadrunner, the memory of your rounding third base, and me yelling out.........BEEP BEEP and watching you laugh as you headed to home base. You brought many smiles and laughter to my face. I hate that we lost contact over the years. If all dogs go to heaven Cinnamon was there waiting for you with her big furry, sweet face. Forever in my thoughts! Rest high on that mountain! 

Bobby shared many good times with us on the softball field, came for holiday dinners, beach trips and bbqs. He always had a smile. Our kids, Steven and Robert thought he was the funniest adult they knew. A fond memory was when we were having Thanksgiving dinner Bobby started a water gun fight in the house. Great memories. 
So sorry the world has loss a great person.
